At University Co-op, we want you to wear your collegiate pride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and verify that the product is not marked as a final sale item.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
